REGISTRATION

Registration includes:

  • Welcome Reception (Wednesday, June 5th)
  • Admittance to all keynotes, talks, and discussions
  • Catered lunch Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
  • Coffee and snacks
  • Shuttle service to and from conference and Embassy Suites & Marriott hotels

Regular Registration: $200 / $95 full time students
On-Site Registration (if available): $225
Banquet (Saturday, June 8): $45
Field Trip (Sunday, June 9): $65 (lunch included)

Cancellation policy: Registration cancellations - A fee of $25 will be retained, or $75 after March 17th. No refunds after May 1.
Cancellations for field trip or banquet - 50% until May 1, no refunds after that.
