As a member of the Julian Jaynes Society I would like to propose that a method be instated for future events that would grant members unable to attend the ability to acquire video recordings, digitally or otherwise. I suggest that a small but appropriate donation be made in advance in order to allow compensation for recording and distributing. Although attempting to do this for every conference/discussion group seems unlikely to actually coordinate, surely those events deemed appropriate to share with our members at large eg. keynote speakers, large meetings, exciting developments, etc. can and should be shared with the appropriate level of coordination. If one representative attending an event agrees to be a steward of sorts a paypal fund could be set up so that other members could donate in advance. The steward could notify the members via our facebook page http://www.facebook.com/#!/group.php?gid=7618886978 or perhaps mass e-mails. Disseminating this important information in a consistent and reliable fashion will work to further the discourse between members and solidify our union as individuals who believe in the importance of understanding and furthering Julian Jaynes' theories about consciousness and how it effects mankind as a whole. Please encourage dialogue on this topic so that we can create this new asset. May the Julian Jaynes Society continue to develop not only our understanding of human consciousness but our capacity to effect change in the scientific community and globally through our collective expertise, passion, and solidarity.

Regards
