I remember reading somewhere in The Origin of the first Greek tragedy. Can somebody here help me with information about this? It was named and dated but said to cause social disorientation an to be forbidden and burnt.

It was The Fall of Miletus as described by Herodotus. See page 462 of the Afterword in The Origin.
