Command Hallucinations in Schizophrenia

Recent studies of command hallucinations experienced by schizophrenics (see: Related Articles > Command Hallucinations) lend additional credibility to Jaynes's theory that commanding hallucinations controlled the actions of people in ancient societies.
There also seems to be a relationship between command hallucinations and schizophrenics that commit violent acts.
Would anyone like to share their personal experience working with similar patients, their familiarity with related studies, or otherwise comment on this topic?
