Interesting article which reminds me of the brain stimulation experiments which caused patients to hear voices:

Learning more about these "other" parts of our psyche might lead to new ways to help people suffering from disorders such as schizophrenia. We all have these "other" parts whether we are aware of them or not. We should try and make friends with them.
