Subconscious Daydreams Intruding on MRI Mapping

A fascinating look at MRI mapping of images. This researcher used an MRI to map what the subject was seeing on a PC screen.

You can see the subconscious mapping all over it as well: images being altered on the fly, greeking added to text, random thoughts/daydreams being added ( like a shinto temple out of nowhere ), skin color being changed to suit expectations.

Very neat stuff.

I once had one of those music actuated screes running over my player when something Jimi Hendrix played crashed the player and the video tried to 'imagine' his sustained note; this was a God-moment for me!
