Julian Jaynes Society website

In celebration of Julian Jaynes's 100th birthday, we officially launched the completely redesigned Julian Jaynes Society website. Nearly a year in the making, the new site has lots of new content, is optimized for mobile devices, and has greatly improved functionality, search, and security. Special thanks to JJS member Boban Dedovic for volunteering his time and expertise to this project.

A big thanks also to the Julian Jaynes Society members — your ongoing support helped to make this project possible!

Be sure to check out our completely redesigned Member Area. If you're a current member, your existing login will work with the new website. If you've lost your password, you can reset it. If you're still unable to login, please contact us so we can help. We'll be adding more new material to the Member Area in the coming weeks.

If you're not a member, or if your membership has lapsed, please consider signing up. Our new system allows access to the Member Area in minutes. Member support allows us to further our mission of promoting and expanding on Julian Jaynes's theory. For only about $2/month, you can access exclusive content and help make a difference in sharing Julian Jaynes's important ideas!

The Julian Jaynes Collection

Be sure to check out the books and downloadable audio programs available in our newly designed online store, including the new softcover edition of The Julian Jaynes Collection, expanded to include a new, never-before-seen 30-page interview with Julian Jaynes.

We're also currently working on a new book! As misunderstandings about Jaynes's theory still persist, the new book will contain interviews with more than a dozen experts on Julian Jaynes's bicameral mind theory, explaining and expanding on many aspects of the theory in a format that will be highly accessible even to casual readers.
